1. What “Send Money” Means on SezaPay

“Send Money” allows you to initiate a transfer or payout to a recipient using SezaPay. Availability depends on destination country, partner coverage, and compliance requirements. Some transfers may be delivered to a wallet, bank account, cash pickup, or other supported method, depending on what is offered in your corridor.

2. Fees, Exchange Rates, and Pricing

  • Any fees are shown before you confirm the transfer.
  • Exchange rates (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary by corridor and payment method.
  • Total cost = send amount + disclosed fees (if any).

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect users and comply with legal requirements, SezaPay may require verification. Verification may include name, date of birth, address, and a government-issued ID.

4. Limits and Transaction Controls

  • Limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month.
  • Higher amounts or unusual activity may require additional verification or review.
  • We may delay, block, or cancel transfers that trigger fraud or compliance concerns.

5. Delivery Times

  • Many transfers are delivered quickly, but delivery depends on partner networks and destination.
  • Some transfers can be delayed due to verification, banking hours, or destination network outages.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Transfers

  • If a transfer has not been delivered, it may be canceled where supported.
  • If a transfer fails after you’ve paid, SezaPay will investigate and may reverse/refund when applicable.
  • Refund timing depends on your payment method and partner processing times.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Illegal activity, fraud, or attempting to evade verification is prohibited.
  • Using SezaPay to launder money or finance terrorism is strictly prohibited.
  • We may suspend accounts and report suspicious activity when required by law.
