By using Seza’s platform—including mobile top-ups, eSIM plans, and digital gift cards—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Services Provided
Seza offers a digital platform that enables users to:
- Send mobile top-ups and airtime/data recharges internationally.
- Purchase and send digital gift cards to friends or family.
- Buy and activate eSIM data plans for travel and connectivity.
All services are subject to network availability, geographic restrictions, and third-party provider limitations.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use Seza.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or transacting.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payments and Fees
- All transactions must be authorized and paid in full prior to delivery.
- Seza may charge a small service or processing fee, clearly disclosed at checkout.
- Currency conversion rates and fees may vary depending on payment method and region.
- Payments are securely processed through trusted providers (e.g., Stripe). Seza does not store full card details.
4. Refunds and Failed Transactions
- Once a top-up, eSIM activation, or digital gift card is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If a transaction fails and your funds are deducted, contact Seza Support within 24 hours for review and resolution.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use Seza only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Do not engage in fraud, resale abuse, or any activity that could disrupt Seza’s systems or services.
- Ensure all recipient details (phone number, email, or device) are correct before completing a transaction. Seza is not responsible for user input errors.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service, but Seza does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party failures (e.g., carrier downtime) may temporarily affect performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and technology used by Seza are owned or licensed by Seza App LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Seza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
- We are not responsible for third-party failures, delays, or inaccuracies (including telecom operators, eSIM providers, or payment processors).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected transaction.
9. Termination and Suspension
Seza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access, if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, or if these Terms are violated.
10. Modifications to Terms
Seza may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, as permitted by law.
